Hi, I’m Shée Lillejord—Registered Dietitian, Brain Health Expert, and ADHD Nutrition Specialist.
Five years ago, my three children and I were all diagnosed with ADHD. Since then, supporting individuals and families with ADHD, mental health, and nutrition has become my passion.
As both a Registered Dietitian and an ADHD parent, I truly understand the challenges—impulsive snacking, forgetting meals, late-night eating, and the overwhelm around food. My lived experience allows me to connect with clients with empathy and realistic strategies that actually fit busy, real life.
I offer virtual nutrition services across Alberta and Saskatchewan, specializing in brain health and ADHD-related eating struggles. My goal is to help you improve energy, focus, mood, and mental clarity—without guilt, restriction, or one-size-fits-all plans.
